Third Generation Violinmaker, Sofia Vettori, is an authentic Italian violin, viola and cello maker.
Her family tradition starts back in 1935, when her grandfather Dario I Vettori built his first violin.
Breaking the strict rules of this world, made of secrets and mystery, Sofia is sharing openly and honestly all her knowledge.

My grandfather Dario I Vettori started my family
violinmaking tradition. He became a violinmaker in a little town in the middle of the Apennine Mountains in Tuscany, Italy.
1998
I, Sofia, started making violins at my father
